To order it, please send an email to ulrich.sperling@tafsforum.org. You will receive an involice which you can pay by Paypal/credit card or wire transfer. Once the invoice is paid, the paper will be sent to you as a pdf-file by email. In addition you will receive a hardcopy of the paper by mail.
